HortonExchange is a Société Anonyme with a Board of Directors whose registered office is located in Seychelles, registered with the Seychelles Register of Commerce and Companies. A Speculative Investment Fund authorised as an investment firm by The Financial Services Authority (FSA) (hereafter "HortonExchange").


ARTICLE 1. Presentation of C.G.U.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOS") are intended to define the provisions that apply to Internet users natural or legal persons in connection with the access and use of information and services www. .hortonexchange.com (hereinafter the "Internet Users") and whatever their status: Visitor, User or Investor as defined in Article 3 below.

6.3 Use

The Internet users undertake to use the Site in the conditions provided for in these Terms and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force.

Deadlines: Horton Exchange will acknowledge receipt of the complaint within a maximum of ten (10) working days from receipt. A reply to the complaint will be sent within a maximum of thirty (30) working days from receipt, except in the event of duly justified special circumstances. Remedies: If the response to your complaint does not satisfy you, you have the possibility to appeal to the Mediator of the Financial Services Authority.

ARTICLE 16. Conflict, Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms are governed, interpreted and applied in accordance with Seychellois law, the language of interpretation being the French language in the event of dispute over the meaning of a term or a provision herein. Subject to the public policy provisions applicable to jurisdiction, the Courts of the Seychelles Court of Appeal shall have sole jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these presents.
